Please read these terms carefully before registering on the m777 platform, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or using any service. By starting to use the platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

Section 1

Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the m777 platform and all its services, products, and features. Where this document refers to "m777", "platform", or "service", it means m777's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.

"User" means any person who has registered on m777 or is using any service on the platform. "Account" means a user's specific registered profile through which services are accessed.

These Terms apply equally to all persons residing in Bangladesh and using the m777 platform from Bangladesh. Using any service of m777 constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

Section 2

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

A valid account must be created to use services on m777. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. Opening an account with false information is prohibited, and m777 reserves the right to close any such account at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one m777 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any funds or bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification

m777 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. During the verification process, a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify the m777 support team immediately.

Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use any service on the m777 platform, a user must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

Providing a false age at registration is a serious violation. In such cases, the account will be permanently closed and deposited funds may not be returned.

  • The user must be a resident of Bangladesh.
  • The user must be mentally competent and capable of making their own decisions.
  • A valid mobile banking account registered in their own name is required.
  • No employee of the platform or their immediate family members may open an account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited to m777 via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. When depositing, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Funds can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Funds will only be sent to the mobile banking number that was used at the time of deposit.

4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Responsibility

m777 is not responsible if a user provides incorrect information or sends funds to the wrong number. For suspicious transactions, m777 may hold payment until verification is complete.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account on m777, a 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus amount, ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must first be completed.

5.2 Weekly Bonus

The weekly m777 deposit festival bonus offers a 50% bonus on one qualifying deposit each week, up to ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required and the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A new bonus cannot be claimed until the wagering on a current bonus is complete.
  • Deposited funds must be spent before betting with bonus funds.
  • The contribution of bonuses may vary by game — see the promotions page for details.
  • If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be deducted.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, m777 may cancel the bonus.

5.4 Right to Change Bonuses

Section 6

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection

m777 may accept or reject any bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bets placed at those odds will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled or not completed within the originally scheduled time, the stake placed on that event is generally returned. However, specific rules may apply depending on the type of event.

6.3 Multiple Bets

6.4 Live Betting

Odds can change quickly during a live event. Different odds may appear when placing a bet due to server delay — m777 is not responsible for real-time odds changes.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m777 platform:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
  • Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Operating an account under a third party's identity.
  • Harassing or defrauding other users.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
  • Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account may be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 m777's Rights

m777 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. However, for legitimate accounts, an effort will be made to communicate the reason.

8.2 Closure at User Request

A user who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. All pending bets will be settled before the account is closed and any remaining balance will be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

m777's liability is limited where any bet or transaction is affected by internet disconnection, server outages, or other technical reasons. In such situations, the fairest possible resolution will be sought.

10.2 Third-Party Services

m777 is not directly responsible for disruptions to payment gateways or other third-party services. However, assistance will be provided to resolve the issue.

10.3 Betting Risk

There is a risk of financial loss in betting and casino gaming. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of this risk and to place bets within their means.

Changes to Terms

m777 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform if significant changes are made. Continuing to use the service after a change is considered acceptance of the new terms.
